Notifications to Team assigned to Issues

When a Team is assigned to an issue through a request queue, they do not receive a notification if the primary contact adds an update/comment. There are times that our IT team doesn't get to the work right away, meanwhile the primary contact is getting frustrate because they are asking questions, giving more details, but don't hear back. Subscribing is a work around, but it would nice if you didn't have to depend on remembering to subscribe and could be confident you will receive correspondence regarding work you are assigned.
