It would be nice to get an email notification when a document in a project I own has not been approved yet. Sometimes we are waiting on an approval and other things can't move on until approved.
I think this suggestion has some merit, however i think for us anyway, we have figured out a small work around at least for the person responsible for creation and edits. this looks like it is more for the owner of the request and i don't have a lot of people who monitor that closely but can see where it would be really beneficial. hope they choose your suggestion.
Thanks!! We project manage projects as a whole so it would be helpful for the Project Owner to receive notifications when documents remain as pending. Hope they choose my suggestion too!
It would also be great if the project owner got notified when an approval decision was made also... Which currently they don't. If a document approval is a critical piece of information (in order to keep the project moving) then the owner needs to know ASAP when an approval decision is made.
We use a report that shows us all outstanding documents awaiting approval. It gives each creative a quick run down of outstanding items awaiting approval.
