Notification for upcoming API Key Expiration

It would be nice to have some warning for sysadmin when a user API key is about to expire, or when it has already expired.

We just had a situation where an API key expired unexpectedly, which brought down our SQL connection, and all of our reporting extracts. It would be good to have some warning on this.

As I understand there is no way to know API key details like how long key valid. We recently experienced service outage due to expired API key.

Good to have notifications/warnings about upcoming key expiry.
