Where's "ready to start"? We rely heavily on predecessors so we need that comes back! :)

Agreed! Our users have 100+ tasks assigned to them at any given time. They need a way to sort out which ones have predecessors complete. Please add "Ready to Start" to Home.

100% agree as well! We are in the same boat, without "ready to start" I don't see how the new "my work" would be usable for our team and company overall. There would be too much clutter to amongst all their tasks.

Add me to the 100% agree list. The "Ready to Start" is one of the most used tabs on our user's My Work page. It would cripple our teams without it. We also have users with 100s of tasks.

Yes! This completely takes away the use of predecessors and task constraints. Not having the ready to start functionality would cripple our ability to work efficiently.

Yes!!! 100% agree! Not having a way to differentiate between requests that are ready to start and those that are not would also cripple our team and cause extreme workflow issues.

I've had a few conversations with the Power Team about this specifically; we hid Home in 18.1 in all layout templates to prevent confusion between seeing ALL objects versus just those that are Ready to Start.

@Susan - Within the Layout Template, there's an option under Customize Home to "Allow users with this template to try the Home area in place of My Work.". We went back and applied Layout Templates to everyone, and turned that feature off.
