Re: Hi Everyone. Hope you're all well and safe! I'm looking for a way to communicate specific details contained in a project with an external partner. - Workfront 20-11-2020
You too Linda! And one last recommendation I just thought of while working. You could build a project report that lists the projects in the first column THEN pulls the "printer" project form into the remaining columns. THEN just share the report with the vendor and set his login to open reports. Something like this. Project A Quantity Paper Type Due DateProject B Quantity Paper Type Due Date

Hi @Linda Kaplan‚ - you could create a project level custom form with just those fields the vendor needs to see then after converting the request to a project add that form. Give the vendor a free review license then share the project and direct the vendor to always look for that form titled something like For Print Vendor.

Re: Setting up Portfolios for a marketing dept at a Health Network -- -does it make sense to organize Portfolios around each organization in the health network or by departments across all organizations in the Health Network? - Workfront 19-11-2020
HI @Tamara Jones‚ - we organized our portfolios by the departments (clients) we serve THEN also have separate portfolios for major campaigns, such as Holiday 2020, that we run every year.

Move/copy issue form to project - Workfront 21-11-2019
Need a way to move/copy an issue form to a project. Right now, applying the form upon conversion is the only way to ensure that any custom data is transferred from the issue to the project. Therefore if you didn't select the matching project form when converting, you either re-convert the issue, or you need to copy and paste the data from the issue form into the project form manually.

Issues entered on complete projects should be seen as active and honor routing rule - Workfront 27-03-2018
When an issue is entered on a project with a status that equates with complete that issue should honor the route and be seen as active so it can be resolved. Currently issues entered on on hold or complete projects go no where.

Hello Jaimeson - can you elaborate on how specifically you hid home in 18.1 to prevent confusion? Thank you.

Yes, the lack of holding tasks back until they are ready to start will cause extreme workflow issues for our team.
