Multiple Calendars for a single project

I have team members in different countries, or different places in the US with different holidays. I would like the ability to have a calendar linked to a particular user or team --- permitting multiple calendars per project vs 1. I cannot load all holidays into a single calendar -- that would not produce the correct results
