Description - Our Resource Managers would love a feature that allows us to move resources around within WLB
Why is this feature important to you - As our resource team increases, it would be simpler to be able to move & view for example a writer and designer's capacity next to each other vs creating a filter.
How would you like the feature to work - Resource Manager simply moves resources around within WLB
Current Behaviour - 2 options: sort by primary role or alpha order; Or adding a filter
