Make Program an editable field in reporting

Description - Make Program a field you can edit in-line of a report.

Why is this feature important to you - It will make editing programs a lot easier especially when a programs are created for already existing projects.

How would you like the feature to work - A drop down menu of programs to select in-line of a report.

Current Behaviour - You currently have to open up each project to assign a program to a project. This is very time-consuming as we are trying to implement programs for the 300 projects we have in our backlog.

Hi @PiperYo1,

If you can sort the projects in some other related fashion (e.g. Project Owner), you could then select those that belong in the same Portfolio and Program and use the native Bulk Update feature to set them in "chunks", which might save you some time.

Taking the subject of "editing programs" more broadly...I also invite you to also consider our MarCom Gannt solution, which lets you easily create, compare, sort, and adjust key Program level planning data including colorized Phase dates, Priority and % Complete.
