Currently the only way to pull any reports on a deactivated user is in the filters. Prompts do not 'see' a deactivated user.
This creates a real issue for reassigning work when someone is suddenly gone from the company or when pulling hours reports for time periods where a user previously was at the company.
If there were a checkbox that said "Include Deactivated Users" or something along those lines, that would be perfect!

YES!! You shouldn't have to reactivate users every time you need to pull a report. You should be able to include active or deactivated users.
