Keep Request Approvals Post Project Conversion for Reporting and Visibility Purposes

Description - I would like to ask that request approvals be still tied to the request after it has been converted to a project.

Why is this feature important to you - This would allow us to report on the requests that have approvals associated with them so we have visibility into what requests are in process and what has been processed in the past. 

How would you like the feature to work - The request approval would remain in the approvals section of the request.   

Current Behaviour - After a request has been approved, the approval disappears after it has been converted to a project.
