Improve HTML report export

The current HTML report export doesn't give the same user experience like the native Workfront report. Please improve

• clear and destinglishable table header in HTML export
• Bold text in Workfront report should be as well bold in HTML export
• Rows should have a clear divider
• text mode and valueformat HTML should work for HTML export as well

The target should be same user experience independent of Workfront internal reporting or HTML export is used.

Benefit:

A created report can be used for workfront internal reporting and as HTML export. Current implementation requires 2 separate reports to make the HTML export good enough to be shared with the stakeholders.
