If a request originates as a form I would like to see the request open to the custom form when opened after it is saved. It seems a bit wasteful and counter intuitive to always have to select the custom form tab when the main purpose of the request centers around the custom form data. It would also be good to display the standard fields such as name, description etc. if they were part of the custom form request.
