Grouping - Working On tab - Be Able To Change Default

We really need to be able to change the default of the grouping on the Working On tab. We do not use commit dates. We only use planned and actual dates. The fact that it defaults to committed dates is a big problem for us as no one remembers to change this grouping to planned completion.

Please make it possible for the default to be set within the layout.
