It would be great if issues, tasks, projects could be accessed via friendly URLs. This would allow users to quickly pull up a record if the reference number is mentioned on a call, for example. Would bypass the need to share a URL or run a search then decipher which result is the right one to select. People could quickly edit a current page URL, swap out the task reference number, and instantly be where they need to be.
Enhancement example:
A group is on a call reviewing an intake queue. Not all attendees access the intake report or dashboard. 5 people on the call have follow up work on the task which is currently presented. The presenter verbally shares the task ID and moves to the next issue without interruption. The 5 users can quickly hit the task while the call flows on.
Seems petty but accumulatively has impact. The presenter didn't take time to copy and share the URL and the 5 users didn't access the chat session to copy the URL or search by ID.
