The system updates the project timeline nightly and when tasks are added, but not when tasks are completed, causing inaccuracies. The project dates are refreshing in real time, but not the task status.

justification:

The intake team must manually refresh the timeline to ensure accuracy, adding unnecessary steps and reducing reliability.
