Filters for resources should include deactivated resources or give option to include them

Description - When a resource is marked as deactivated (Is Active is false), that resource is no longer shown in any filters. The problem is when trying to find objects where the inactive resource is assigned, it is not possible as the filter requires the ID and the selector does not show deactivated resources as matches.

Why is this feature important to you - Need the ability to include deactivated resources in filters so that we can see all objects associated with the deactivated resource, including re-assigning, removing, etc.

How would you like the feature to work - Filters for resource ID should include showing deactivated resources with an indicator that they are deactivated.

Current Behaviour - Deactivated resources cannot be selected within a ID filter, and certain resource filters are not available without searching by ID, making it impossible to find by deactivated resource.

@ChloeWY unfortunately, the issue is what another commentor said, that deactivated users are not searchable. Those reports are exactly what I'm trying to create, but I don't want to resort to finding resource GUIDs to search by. That would be overly time consuming.

@Simon_ULe got it.  You could also try using "contains" instead of "equals".  Then you can type in their full name.  It just won't autofill anything or let you select from a list.  But yes, this can be frustrating.

@ChloeWY Thanks, I wish I could do that. Unfortunately, some fields are only filterable as ID such as Resource Manager. And there is not section for Resource Manager to search by name either.
