Export Billable Record as a PDF

Maybe I can't find this in current environment, but being able to export a billing record as single combined artifact (PDF) would be very helpful for us to provide back to a stakeholder.

We are utilizing reports today to help compile billing records across multiple projects, et al, but a single export PDF for a single project will be a help.
