Right now the interval for checking incoming emails can be set to the lowest interval of 5 minutes. This is semi acceptable, but even though this setting is set to 5 minutes incoming emails take somewhere between 2 minutes and 45 minutes to get into our workfront system. This is very dis heartening for us and especially our clients who prefer to communicate purely over email.
Possible solution:
* Get inbound emails to parse in 5 minutes every time

Could you switch to IMAP instead of POP3?
