Documents uploaded to a task, request or issue can be modified by multiple users with access. However we are only able to report on the last change.
We are interested in tracking the name changes of a document in this particular case although this idea could be expanded to other properties as well. It would be helpful to have the ability to report on every change made to the document and not just the last one. I think this logic would be helpful for other areas of the product.
We could have a list of usernames, date of change, previous value, new value, etc.
