Distributing a report based on new values/information are present

Let's say you have a report that is sent out to a group of 10 people every day.

It would be great if there was a way to check if the values and only send if something has changed from the previous day and if nothing has changed then don't send the email.

This way there are not so many repetitive emails going out.
