Display Number of Children Tasks (X) in Left Navigation of Parent Task

Our instance users are asking for a number of Subtasks to be displayed in the left navigation bar of a Parent task.

This feature will prevent users missing any additional subtasks by having the number displayed similarly to how it displays the Number of Documents, and Issues.
