Description on Proofs

Please create a section in the Proof where you can type a description. The only option currently is to put that in the email message of the proof, however, we do not utilize the email notification/custom message. It would be nice if there was a description field that was attached to the proof that anyone on the proof could see when they open it.

Further, it seems you can only add/edit the Proof Description *after* you have created a proof, by selecting 'Document Details' from the proof section in the Project Documents tab. Why not include the Description field in the form when you create the proof? Thanks!
