My team wish to be able to delegate any proofs, for any user to another user to cover their PTO or illness.
We have 100's of users which means a LOT of PTO - with thousands of very time sensitive proofs moving around the system, production just stops when someone is on PTO or sick
We would like any user to be able to specify another user to take care of business for them, while away by specifying a user in the calendar area exactly as you would for tasks/issues - but this time for proofs.
Currently production ceases as proofs get stuck with individuals that need to make a decision, this is neither efficient or good for business or good for the Workfronbt brand as this feature is available in many competitor products.
