Daily Digest - stop it showing completed actions

The "Action Needed" daily digest email shows both already-completed actions and outstanding actions. It does not, however, state which action is what type (open or completed).

The problem is that the wording - "Action Needed" - leads users to think that it won't include actions that have been already been completed, when in fact these are readily included in the digest.

Please can this be fixed!

I agree, this has confused quite a few of our stakeholders who say they've completed something the day before, but then receive an email saying they need to complete it.....

I have not noticed completed items showing up on the Daily Digest before, but am receiving reports of it now.
