Daily Digest - stop it showing completed actions

The "Action Needed" daily digest email shows both already-completed actions and outstanding actions. It does not, however, state which action is what type (open or completed).

The problem is that the wording - "Action Needed" - leads users to think that it won't include actions that have been already been completed, when in fact these are readily included in the digest.

Please can this be fixed!
