We have opened a ticket with Workfront on this issue and they plan to fix it but cannot tell me when. If you have experienced this issue and find it as frustrating as I do, please add your comments so the WF Product Team can see how everyone feels about this.
We have been establishing custom status lists for the many groups that are onboarding to our instance. I have 2 custom statuses: Closed - {do not use=closed} and {complete=Closed}
These custom statuses are for different groups:
Groups: XXX PMO (doesn't want to see complete. uses "do not use" as closed, having renamed the Closed status)
XXX PMO Execute (here we want to see closed - labeled Closed)
When doing a report to see what statuses are being used - the report label on chart bars or wedges says "do not use, closed" and we just want the "closed" to show up. We aren't sure why it is combining "do not use" and "closed" into a bar on the graph when they are from different groups and there is no data crossover between groups.
When looking at the same report as a grouped list, the grouping header does not use the compound status labels, these appear only in charted report labels.
