[CLOSED] - Remove or Replace Personal Tasks

This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: Ability to prevent users from creating Tasks that are not part of a Project

We'd like to disable the ability for people to enter personal tasks and require all tasks to be opened under projects. Alternatively, if personal task lists could be replaced with workfront project objects, that would work too.
