Automatically roll up project task completion when issues associated to the task are advanced

For projects that have tasks with issues (child projects), we are looking to have the task status percent complete update based on the status of the issues. For example, if a task has 4 issues associated it, then each time an issue is completed, the the task completion percentage would increase by 25%. Currently the project task needs to be manually updated requiring manual review regularly of the individual issues associated.
