It would be so helpful if items were automatically added to the Kanban board from the backlog when a user changes the status. The backlog should be a parking lot for work items/ideas, so theoretically nothing that is in progress should be in the backlog. Currently, the only way to add items from the backlog to the board is to do it manually, which often does not happen when you have a large team.
