Audit Log of email notifications sent for object

We need a way for admins to be able to see all email notifications that were sent per object. As an admin, I get several questions about email notifications and need to know what emails were sent on a certain project, issue, etc.


There should be a new tab in each object that shows an audit log of every email notification that was sent regarding the object. This would function similar to the Updates tab so any notifications sent regarding tasks, documents, or issues on a project would also roll up to the email notification tab on the project. This report would contain the following:

-subject of email

-sent to

-email notification type

-date sent

-body of email

We also need the ability to see email notifications that are being sent to users and what triggered the email. It could be possibly rolled into the system setting audit logs.

If I was able to see this audit log, I could pester my support rep a little less.

this is a feature we would like to have too. Notifications are sometimes not coming to the user and we wonder each time whether Workfront did not do the job or if any spam filter on our mail server blocked the email.

 

Audit log would be a perfect place.
