We would like to have an approval report on each proof. This would need to include the stages and who saw it in each stage and their approval status they gave. We would want this to be just a one page summary that we can print off and show that everyone saw this proof and approved it and when.
We need an approval summary report. We re currently having to do some of approvals on paper because we have to have something to give document control showing that all of the correct people have approved it and if there are changes along the way, we have to delete people to add them in again on a separate stage and the comments are lost.
