Approval Path: Different Start and End Status

Currently we have the ability to select a Status that will initiate an Approval Path for a Task/Issue. While the Task/Issue is in the process of being approved, Status changes to Status - Pending Approval, and once the Task/Issue is approved, the Status reverts to what was chosen to initiate the approval path.
We have the ability to select a different Status for Task/Issue if the Path is rejected, but I'd love the ability to select a different Status for when the Task/Issue is approved.
For example, Status to initiate Approval Path = "Submitted" and Status after approved = "Complete".
