allowing group administrators to create proofing workflows

Group administrators who are not Systems Administrators do not have access to create proofing workflows.

Currently group administrators cannot create proofing workflows as the proofing module can only be accessed by the systems administrator and as part of our governance and risk management, only a few are systems administrator in our instance. Group administrators should have a way to create their proofing workflows without impacting other groups in our workfront instance.
