Allow Workload Balancer Data Points to be Reportable

Description - Allow data points from the Workload Balancer to be readily available for WF Reports.

Why is this feature important to you - We would like to be able to pull in data points from the balancer into WF reports. Only a handful of teams have access to the balancer and the remainder of our users receive reports. The problem is the reports are not always apples to apples to the data provided in the balancer. For example, we have found tasks that span more than 1 day does not break apart planned hours over the duration and instead lumps in all on the planned completion date of the task, where as the balancer distributes the time evenly over the duration. This causes mass confusion for our teams when trying to assign and review team workloads. Also, the reports do not pull in a user's pto which does not tell the whole story when a leader is looking at a report and questioning why someone's hours are low/non existent, but the balancer does.

How would you like the feature to work - Allow Workload Balancer data points to be reportable as an object.

Current Behaviour - Does not exist.

Hi

@Kiersten_K

This is extremely useful, for sending reports in a periodic interval with periodic months. If this happens, then every resource manager will be informed in-advance for multiple teams, even sitting from distant location.

+100 This is the single thing that would make all the difference in our Resource Management journey. The fact I cannot create an inline editable, time phased workload balance report with custom filters and groupings is a huge blocker for us.

This is really good stuff. The workload balancer is confusing sometime when you are looking at the workload distribution. If we can pull a report from WF to analyze the resources allocation through workload balancer will be beneficial to the team and leadership to make informed decision about resources allocation.

Thanks

Looks like this functionality is what I need added to WF for reporting on resources from data from the Workload Balancer.

Our executives want to see a report on a weekly basis that shows our designers capacity for the week - how many hours they have been resourced for, workload percentage at client (portfolio) level, PTO hours for week, etc.

Has this data been added to the reporting section yet? If so, what type of report data should I be starting with? I am not finding any data in reporting for hours allocated by day/week to get this report.
