Description
Allow users to subscribe to Project Templates so they can receive email notifications when an other user makes an update on the template.
Not to be confused with this idea, which is great and allows the templatization of subscriptions to new projects.
Why is this feature important to you
We want users to be better informed when changes are made to their workflows, and templates are a big part of that.
How would you like the feature to work
Allow someone to subscribe to the Template object type and send notifications to them as you would if they are subscribed to a Project.
Current Behaviour
Users cannot subscribe to Template records and therefore get no notification when updates are entered on one (unless mentioned by name, which tends not to happen.)
