Allow "Liking" of Updates/Comments from the Notification Drop-Down Menu

We often use the "Like" feature to indicate we've acknowledged other user's updates/comments.

As of now, you can only do this via the project's update stream.

It would be nice to allow liking of updates/comments from the notification drop-down menu.

As a bonus, add the functionality to the "Notifications" page:
