Allow an Admin To Remove the Ad Hoc (aka Personal) Task Functionality

We want the option to remove the functionality that allows a user to create an Ad-Hoc/Personal task from the My Work page. Currently the security with Project Tasks & Ad Hoc Tasks are tied together.

We find that users too frequently create Ad Hoc tasks for their work, which is negatively impacting our projects. We are waiting for a project task update & then find out the engineer/analyst completed the work outside of the project via a Ad Hoc task. Also, the time logged on Ad Hoc tasks corrupts our time reports for projects.

Yes, this would be a nice improvement. It would be nice is control was enabled down at the Group level, as our Information Tech. group would rather not allow access, however, our Marketing group which uses the same instance may want their users to have that flexibility.
