Currently, we are able to create email templates to customize Reminder Notifications, but this same customization isn't available for Event Notifications.
We would like to customize our notification emails, but most of our users work off of Event Notifications exclusively, so being able to customize Reminder Notifications is not helpful. Ideally, we would be able to customize both the subject line and the email content with both out-of-the-box Workfront fields and custom fields. Many of our stakeholder request this because they need additional/immediate context for the task they have been assigned to, and they do not find the default email content helpful.
