Adding a Screen Shot Functionality to Workfront

Candice, currently, if I need to do a screen capture of something in Workfront, I just use the screen capture feature on my laptop. Maybe I'm not understanding your comment. Could you please expand on this comment? Maybe give an example of the use case?

How do we take a screenshot of ALL of the tasks in a 200 task project?

 

A long list of over 25 Tasks will lazy load (e.g. the URL of the page ends in /tasks ). 

 

(Bonus points if you can tell me how to turn off lazy load in the /tasks view )

I use a third party app called PicPick for scrolling screenshots.  It would be great if Workfront allowed this to be exported more easily, but PicPick is a good workaround for me.

Also, it's good to know that you can Export a /tasks list view to Excel or PDF and then print that:

 

The PDF printed to Legal Paper in Landscape looks similar to the list view except that it doesn't display the task numbers.
