Add Queue Topic to Email Notifications

It would be helpful if we could customize the email subject line to include the Queue Topic. We can currently include the Queue Topic ID, but not the name.

This is what is sent for the email subject line:

class com.attask.model.RKQueueTopic:61785a1501bf7f506688ac7723d2f95e - AlumniUpdate Spring 2022

Desired email subject line:

Newsletter - Alumni Update Spring 2022
