When setting up new projects, many times we need new Programs (we use this for our campaigns). The issue we have is when the requester is setting up the new project, the program isn't listed. Then, they have to go to the portfolio to set up a new program and then go back to the projects to add the program name.
It would be useful if the user is unable to find the Program it needs to be in, they can add a new Program within the project set up screen.
