Add Copy and Submit as New to the Issue drop down menu

Description - Add the ability to copy and submit as a new request to the Issue More Menu (. . . )

Why is this feature important to you - There is no good way to filter the My Requests page and if there are several thousand requests, it is time consuming to go through page after page looking for the job you want to copy and submit as new.  If you could just search for the issue and copy and submit as new right from the original issue that would save a lot of time.

How would you like the feature to work - I would lke to open the issue and be able to click on the More (. . . ) menu and choose copy and submit as new from there.

Current Behaviour - Not available directly from within the issue.
