There is no way right now, even in text mode (that I'm aware of) to add a column for approver and proof/document URL to a Document Version report. These options are both in a Proof Approval report, please enable for a version report.

I have built a report to show trends of how many rounds/versions our Proofs are going in order to give light on proofs with high # of rounds and I want to easily see if there is a correlation between number of rounds and certain approvers/worst offenders. I also want to be able to go straight to the proof from the report, not just pull in the proof/document name and then search for it separately in WF. Odd to me that some info is possible in a Proof Approval report but not a Document Version report. Help!
