Why is this feature important to you - As the system admin, sometimes there is an urgent issue that needs a support ticket, but it is an issue I can delegate to another user to help support. It would be great if I could tag them in the ticket, and any response/communication would include the person who was tagged, so they could help manage the support.
How would you like the feature to work - Just an area to tag/enter email/contact info for the person you would like to be kept on copy
Current Behaviour - any responses back, on a support ticket, comes directly to me as the admin and the person who created the ticket. Sometimes the ticket is urgent, but I don't have time to focus on it, therefore the ability to delegate/tag someone else for help would be great.
