It seems that if someone leaves the company, but are on history reports, we have to change their password and lower their license level. If we can report on deactivated people that would be amazing because then they keep showing up when doing assignments or in the resource planner - especially when you already have 50 Michaels to sift through.
Hi @LB103 - What about a user report for this? You could be User Report > Filters > User is Active = False. I have a report that also shows deactivated users in the last month (so that the list isn't too long), text mode for it below.
Thanks for this @VictoriaLinn this is just what I needed but for the year. Does anyone know if there is a way to work out, of those deactivated users, who had a plan license? Trying to work out plan licenses for next year based on this year's information. I have the onboarding number of plan licenses for the year, just looking at ways to get the back end.
