Ability to proof email files (.eml) in the proofing tool

We send out a lot of emails, WorkFront/ProofHQ do not allow us to upload an email for review. We generate emails in Salesforce and Pardot.

We have tried viewing in a web browser, and then creating the proof via browser, but that only works from V1 in Workfront as a new URL is created if they HTML gets changed. That way works in ProofHQ, as you can generate a V2 based on a new URL, but it does not work in WorkFront.

Kind of a confusing request, but really just looking to be able to upload Email files to WorkFront/ProofHQ so they can be reviewed in ProofHQ.

Thanks
Andy

Agree so much with this. We send out millions of emails per year, and not being able to upload emails to ProofHQ really disrupts our workflow. Workfront, PLEASE support .msg files!

Incorporating msg files into the accepted file types for proof would be amazing! We are constantly having to find new ways to create these reviews and it is not an uncommon file type across businesses.

I agree, this is critical for our company's success using Workfront. We have many emails (.eml) files that we are not able to review and approve in Proof and it is causing a lot of work needing to be done outside of Workfront which defeats the purpose of using the platform entirely.

We don't have Web version of the emails, so cannot take that route to review/approve.

This is a huge challenge for us as well, with dozens of emails deploying weekly. We're currently converting to PDF and taking away functionality and efficiency by having to convert to a static format.
