Ability to Mark Tasks/Issues in Completed Projects as Done

Currently, when someone is assigned to a task/issue within a project, if the project is close by the project owner, the person assigned to the task/issue cannot mark their task/issue as Done because you can't edit a project with a status of Dead/Complete etc. This causes confusion because it still shows up on their timesheet.


We would love the ability to allow assignees to still mark their work as Done even if the project has a closed status. Right now the only way to fix it is to change the project status back to an active status, which and requires an admin or the project manager to get involved, and confuses everyone who doesn't understand why the project status is changing.
