Resolving Field Mapping Issues for GET and PATCH Requests in Workfront Fusion.

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to retrieve audiences from AEP by creating a connection using the Adobe Authenticator and the GET method with the audience ID. I am then using another Adobe Authenticator module to update the output from the previous module using the PATCH method.

When I manually paste the output from the preceding module, the scenario works fine. However, when I try to map the fields from the first module, I encounter a 400 error.

Please suggest how I can achieve this.

Hi @Alkash4

Thank you for your question! I would suggest using a platform such as https://www.diffchecker.com/ to compare the pasted output vs the mapped output. You can also use the Fusion Devtool https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-fusion/scenarios-in-fusio... to inspect the exact payload that is being sent each time and you can compare them.

If you'd like us to dive deeper into this, please submit a ticket to our support team and we will be more than happy to assist!
