Fusion Scenario History Details "Cycles"... What are they?

Avatar

When looking at the historical data from a specific run of a scenario, I sometimes see "Cycles" (see screenshot). It is a tab that appears to the right of Incomplete Executions. Up until today, if it showed up there would be only two. Today I am reviewing a scenario run and see 15 cycles.

What are these cycles? What causes them to show sometimes? Where is the Adobe documentation on this "feature"??

Hi @wesleydenaro
There's been a Fusion update recently (eg UI to pick order on router and other stuff) so yes something DID change.

At first I thought this might be related to cases where the scenario is started by an event polling module (eg watch records, watch proofs etc) that can bring back multiple bundles to process. But - that's not it...
I would reach out to support and ask ... - If you do find out, I want to know!

Thanks Cris, but the documentation in this link doesn't really explain anything. As the scenario I have shown in the example has run for 2+ years, without ever showing any multiple Cycles. Then it began creating a few, then a monster 15. Does anyone know if there was a known update that would cause this... and exactly what is causing this to cycle 15 times (but not consistently)??

It is difficult to have trust/confidence in a product that is becoming increasingly unpredictable.
