We are trying to switch from the enhanced connector to the native integration between AEM and Workfront.  I created the native connector between AEM and Workfront. Now We are trying to use Fusion to create the project then create a linked Folder name "Final" automatically in Workfront. this Final folder is visible in both AEM And Workfront. I use fusion to creating a project and  the linked folder in Workfront and we have been successful in, however we are unable to see Linked folder (Final) in AEM and unable to move any document or file in the linked folder and it only showing in Workfront. Does someone have any idea on how we can create linked folders to a specific path in AEM that is unique to each project in Workfront? or 1st we need to create a folder in AEM then this folder need to be Linked or what is the steps please help me with step how I can create a fusion scenario to do this.

Hi @DeepikaKh3,

This is correct you need to have the folder in AEM and then you can pull it in Workfront https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/documents/wf-aem-integrations/wf-aem-enha... also please check this https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/documents/wf-aem-integrations/wf-aem-esse...

As I have not done this so far I think its the best to refer to the documentation, I can see there is an option to create folders so I would assume there is also an option to create linked folders, we did automate in the past asset linking and we were using the

linkExternalDocumentObjects action in combination with service account created in dev console, so maybe there is something like linkExternalFolder, I think it would be the best to check the network tab in the developer options inside your browser to see how Adobe is doing the folder linking and then replicate in Fusion, this is at least how we did it for Asset linking.

Hopefully this helps.

Best regards,
Ivan

Hello @IvanBebek-iX

Thanks for your reply. This process is currently manual, and I’m looking to implement the same flow using a Fusion scenario.
